How I Got Into Digital Marketing And Why I Stayed
I didn’t grow up wanting to be a digital marketer. In fact, I didn’t even understand what digital marketing was until my early twenties.
It all began with a blog I created in college. I put a lot of effort into the content, clicked “publish,” and then… nothing. I thought people would just find it. Spoiler alert: they didn’t.
That frustration sent me on a journey through SEO, social media strategy, email funnels, and Google Ads. I didn’t even know these things existed. But the more I learned, the more I became interested. Every mistake taught me something new. Every small win a few extra clicks, a comment, a subscriber motivated me to keep going.
My first client was a local business owner looking for help to be found online. I charged very little, but when I saw their excitement as traffic began to increase, I knew I had found my path.
Digital marketing is always changing. It’s a puzzle I never tire of solving. And the best part? Helping real people grow things they care about.
That’s why I stayed and why I’m here today.
